Diatomaceousearth.net offers a simple and easy No Worries return policy. As long as your product has not been opened, you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase. When returning your unused unopened merchandise, please follow these simple steps:
Return Policy:
- You must email info@diatomaceousearth.net to get a return authorization number. We do not accept returns without a return authorization number.
- Print a copy of your original email invoice with a brief description and purpose of the return.

Please note:
- Merchandise must be received in its original condition and packaging.
- Merchandise must be returned shipping pre-paid.
- Credit will be issued to the original credit card once the returned merchandise has been received and conditions have been met.
- All returned merchandise may be subject to a 20% restocking fee
- All refused shipments will have a 35% restocking fee.
- Canceled orders are subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee
- All shipping charges are non-refundable unless their was a mistake in the order.
