When and how will my merchandise be shipped?

Shipments usually leave our warehouse within 24 hours (excluding non business days). Your order will be sent via UPS Ground and delivery times vary from 3-5 business days from the time it leaves our warehouse. Your estimated delivery time is listed below. During holiday seasons it may take an additional 4 - 5 days for your order to ship out.

  • West coast locations usually take 2-3 business days
  • Midwest locations usually take 3-4 business days
  • East coast locations usually take 4-5 business days

Please Note: We are unable to ship packages to APO and PO boxes via UPS. For specific shipments such as Alaska, Hawaii, or PO Box shipments please visit USPS Shipping Options or contact us directly at info@diatomaceousearth.net. These options incur extra shipping charges.

What do i do if my shipment arrives damaged or simply does not arrive?

If any package arrives visually damaged, be sure to note this with the driver of the freight carrier immediately. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and email info@diatomaceousearth.net immediately for further instructions.
